Stall Holders

Cranbrook Festival attracts a huge variety of local stallholders and we particularly welcome applications from local societies and charities. One of the aims of the festival is to provide space to showcase local talent and grassroots organisations.

Requirements and Details

  • Pitch fee: £25 (paid via bank transfer)
  • Pitch size: 3m x 3m unless otherwise agreed (suitable for a typical gazebo)
  • Earliest arrival time: 10:00am
  • Cars off-site: 11.30am
  • Festival open: 12 noon
  • The earliest pack-down 6pm, although we’d love you to stay until 8pm or later
  • All stall-holders will be required to produce evidence of public liability insurance (PLI) covering their activities on the day.

Site Services

  • There is no power for stallholders, so please bring battery lighting for the evening time if you’re staying on.
  • Stall-holders will be able to use the toilets of the Cranberry Farm
  • Refreshments are available from the Cranberry Farm and other stalls. You may of course bring food and drink for your own consumption, but may not sell food and drink except as formally agreed with the festival committee in advance.
  • Water supplies and drainage are not generally available direct to pitches.

Cancellation Policy

  • The festival committee does not currently consider it appropriate to move the festival indoors in the event of inclement weather. We will run outdoors unless cancellation is the only reasonable option. The decision will be announced on this website and on our social media pages.
  • In the light of cancellation of the event, for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the festival committee, you may request that your pitch fee: 
    • Is held over to the next festival date
    • Is donated to the festival’s central funds, surplus of which is donated to local charities
    • Is refunded to you
  • In the event that you elect not to attend the festival for your own reasons, we regret that the pitch fee is not refundable. Please give us as much notice as possible so that we can allow another organisation to attend.
